Here are release notes for DataSeer 5.5.1.

Enhancements¶

Added support for external attribute detection for symbols categorized in the Instruments & Controls class. This expanded area of detection will allow users to collect additional contextual data for symbols such as Alarm and Operating Conditions. This functionality is unlocked by following the Global Attribute Search workflow, in which users can select where (in respect to the symbol) an attribute is located and then intention to either create or update an attribute that utilizes this logic.

Fixes¶

• Attribute Detection - Fixed issue that caused checkboxes of selected attributes to become unchecked once a user initated an attribute search for a single symbol type.
• Attribute Detection - Fixed issue that caused attribute search to overwrite attribute data in instances where the search produced null results.
