Text displays differently in CSV

Try the following if you extracted text in DataSeer, and it displays differently when exported and viewed in a spreadsheet app.

  1. Locate the CSV file on your local device.
  2. Change the file extension from .csv to .txt.
  3. Open your spreadsheet app.
  4. Open a blank spreadsheet.
  5. Select to import the file into your blank document.
  6. In the text import options, make sure you deselect the option to convert text to numbers, dates, and formulas.
  7. Import the data.
