Having trouble logging in to DataSeer? Check out the following guides to get unstuck.

Forgot your password

Try the following if you forgot your login password.

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to: https://app.dataseer.digital
  3. Click Don't remember your password.
  4. Enter your email address and click Send Email.
  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  6. Follow the instructions to reset your email.
  7. Go back to DataSeer and try to log in.

Can't log in

Try the following if you entered your credentials and can't log in.

  1. Update Google Chrome to the latest version.

    Warning

    You can only use Google Chrome to access DataSeer.

  2. Reboot your device.

  3. Open Google Chrome.
  4. Go to: https://app.dataseer.digital
  5. Try to log in.
  6. If that doesn't work, open an Incognito window in Google Chrome.
  7. Go to: https://dataseer.digital
  8. Click LOG IN.
  9. Try to log in.
