When I upload diagrams to DataSeer, what data is stored for each diagram?

DataSeer stores two types of data for diagrams:

  • Structured metadata
  • Document images

Both of which are stored within DataSeer's cloud environment for the life of the project. Stored data and project information can be permanently deleted by the project owner at any time. Access to the stored data is controlled by the project owner within DataSeer, and data access is validated through authentication at each transaction.

Licensing

What type of user licenses are available for DataSeer?

DataSeer uses a concurrent licensing model. This limits DataSeer usage to a maximum number of users at a particular time. So depending on your licensing level, 2, 5, 10, or 25 users can use the app at the same time.

The great thing about this licensing model is that you can have an unlimited number of total users. So people are free to use DataSeer whenever they need and licenses don't get tied to specific users.
